A typical townhouse garden in Newcastle, Co.Dublin, overshadowed by other tall buildings, thus making it impossible for real grass to grow / survive / thrive.
Again, we were in and out in one day with 4 tonnes of topsoil removed, 3.5 tonnes of hardcore and 1.5 tonnes of sand compacted into position before laying the grass.
