Have a look at this area we did for a creche in Blackrock, Co Dublin. It is mainly used by the afterschoolers as a football play area but now that it is happily muck free every day of the year all the different age groups can safely use it at different times of the day as part of their outdoor play time. As you will see from the before pictures – mud and muck was the main problem here, as is the case in so many Irish gardens. As part of our groundworks prep we installed a deep layer of 804 hardcore which will ensure that any drainage issues are resolved. We included some goal line markings in white grass also.
