1. Offer Overview:
   • The “10% OFF Domestic Installations” promotion is applicable to all new domestic synthetic grass installation orders placed and deposits paid between October 1st and October 31st, 2024.
2. Eligibility:
   • This offer applies to residential installations only, including garden lawns, decking areas, patios, balconies, and home putting greens.
   • The offer is available to customers located within Republic of Ireland only. Additional fees may apply for installations outside the standard service areas.
3. Booking and Deposits:
   • To qualify for the 10% discount, an order must be confirmed, and a deposit paid on or before October 31st, 2024.
   • A deposit is required to secure the booking and the discounted rate.
4. Installation Timing:
   • Installation slots are subject to availability. Current lead time for installations is estimated at 1-2 weeks from the date of deposit payment.
   • While we will endeavour to honour all bookings made within the promotional period, installations may be delayed due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Exclusions:
   • The offer does not apply to repair, maintenance, or partial replacement of existing synthetic grass installations.
   • Cannot be combined with any other promotional offer or discount.
6. Cancellations & Modifications:
   • Should the customer choose to cancel their order after payment of the deposit, the standard refund policy will apply.
   • Modifications to the scope of work post-booking (e.g., changes in installation area) will be subject to a revised quote, and the 10% discount may not apply to added areas or additional work.
7. Offer Duration:
   • This promotion runs from October 1st to October 31st, 2024, inclusive.
   • The company reserves the right to extend, modify, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
8. Liability:
   • Sanctuary Synthetics is not liable for any delays, additional costs, or other issues arising from circumstances outside of its control, including but not limited to severe weather, access restrictions, or unforeseen ground conditions.
